Finally, I have decided the shooting angle and the shot list for my script for Lover or Friend Version. Again, thanks for my classmate that really give me some good ideas of how to organize a phone conversation. As I found it is a bit distoring if I change the scene of one and other (to the one who is speaking) evertime, then I asked ArYa and Jin(thanks so much), they advice me to use the vioce over and I can use the Garage Band in Mac to put effect on the voice, so it will become more real.
Unfortunately, I have found I made a mistake again that is I break the time code. We want to watch back the shots that we have finished during the shooting, yet we don't release that we should take some 'rubbish scene' before watching. So, we have broke the time code three times. And I know that it may make the editing part more difficult. Therefore, for the second shooting, I will definitely remember this.
Indeed, there is a tiny problem about finding the actor, actually we have already confirm with other classmates to be our actor. However, they change their mind and don't want to join the shooting, luckily, after my group mate's persuation, the actor is willing to join and really feel happy about this. Also, we have to face a challenge about the time, because some of our actors are not avavilable all the time. Then we have to consider about the shooting schedule in order to fit their time. In addition, as mentioned before, the second shooting take place at outdoor, thus, we have to finish shooting at 'daytime' anyway otherwise the ligting or the scene will be different.
We feel shocked about the weather as it changes from good to bad and it is not really suitable for shooting outdoor. We have considered to change the location to indoor, yet, luckily we can still finished the filming before it rains. Another big obstacle that we came across is the battery level. Since we haven't consider about the battery level and we collected the camera, we found that we can only use the small battery. And we need to shoot outdoor which means we have no where to charge the battery. It is really fortunate that we just finished everything right after the battery gone out.
We are going to capture the clip to mac so we can edit it lateron.

First Filming Day*
At last, our group begins filming this week. Indeed, I found that the shooting schedule is quite simple although we have to make 3 short video. We only have 2 different shooting place, one is indoor which is located in our group mate -- Dama's home; another is outdoor which we plan to shoot in front of Blue Building, then we need not to carry the camera gear for a long way.
The first filming location is Dama's home.
Before the taking of the film, I consider the 3 videos' total duration may not fulfill the minimum requirement of 3 mins as we found that the products may be rather short according to the script, but anyway we are going to shoot them first and make decision. Also, when I am designing the shot list for the Lover or Friend Version, I planed to have some scenes that the screen is cut into half and both sides are playing at the same time. Yet due to the technical problem that is the function of iMovie does not have this editing function, I have to find another suitable method to present the video which I am still considering now.

During the first filming day, we have invited one of our classmates and Dama's friend as actors in the Family Version. However, since we have a little bit delay of our shooting schedule, the actors can not be join the shooting. Luckily, our group member -- Dama and another classmate -- Faye, help to participate the shooting so that we can complete the filming.
Really really Thanks for Faye. Indeed, we didn't expect Faye to help on acting, she just plan to come to our shooting location to help us about the shooting problem about camera (which is also a great assist to us), finally she become our actress. And she is really good at acting, most importantly she provided us some useful suggestions on how to shoot and she really cooperate well with us.
During the shooting, when we are setting the gear, we are not able to hear both sides from the headphone. Luckily, after we asked our classmates(thanks Alan), we have fixed the problem. We are not able to hear because we plugged the microphone in the wrong channel.

Script & Concrete decision for Shooting
Our group plan to film the video on week 6 Friday originally since we think we can have more time to edit it and finish the rush first. Then even we found any problems or mistakes so we can still manage 1 more day for shooting. But, due to the huge workload during the week, we are not able to finish the script and shot list. So we decided to postpone the filming date to week 7's Monday and Friday.
So in this week, we have to finish the script and shot list. Before we have decided the role for each group mates, originally Hitomi is responsible to write the script, because she write the storyline for the video. Yet, we found that it would be more efficient if we separate the work. Finally, Hitomi only have to write the script and think about the Family Version, Sujin and I wirte the script for the Emotional Management Version and Lover or Friend Version.
It is my first time as a script writer, the video I have to write is an telephone conversation. This conversation is quite imaginative, i.e. there is not much limitation that what should be included in it. On the one hand, it is good that I can write what I want to write and I am not bonded by the story, on the other hand, it is out of my surprise that script writing is more difficult than I think.
After I written my first draft for the script and showed it to my group mates, they found that I have included some abundant content for the conversation, some points are not clear. Also, after I re read my script, I found that the sequence of the content is not coherent and the context can be improved. So, I cut and changed the script. I intended to move the later part to the front, but I discovered that if I moved it, I need to move the whole story again otherwise, the story would not be completed. Finally I re write nearly the whole script. The feedback of the second draft from my group mates is better than the first one.
There is another hindrance for the script-writing, because we plan to invite our classmates as the actors, I have to consider if they are willing to do part of the act in Lover or Friend Version. Since in the ending of the video. The couple have to hug each others, and my classmates if not willing to do this, another problem we have consider is the height different between the actor and actress. So, at last we amended the story to replace the original scene. And we are looking forward to the filming.

Project Proposal & Specifications
Before week 5, I prepared for the Presentation and Outline for the Project Proposal & Specifications. Because I was the one who type the power point and outline, thus I have a very clear ideas of the aim, the target audiences of the video. Our group also mentioned some basic information of the organization that we are going to promote.
We have also think about the project thoroughly that we are going to present the 3 videos through different medium. We understand that TV is a really effective medium to present the video, yet it is unusual that a TV commercial is long. So finally we decided to put 1 shorter video -- Emotional Management Version as a TV commercial which lasts for about 45sec to 1min while the other 2 -- Family Version and Lover or Friend Version, which is going to last for about 1&1/2 min will be post in the website for the campaign.

Although we have separated the major role and our responsibility, we think it is good to assist each other when making the project because every position is highly related. HeyHeyHey *our video (outline) born*
Thanks for the ideas provided by my nice group mate -- Hitomi. She came up with some really good ideas for the video on week 4, within them, we have picked up 3 which we decided to make. They are
1) Emotional Management Version:
A young man was hit by another pedestrian when he is walking on the street. Although that person had already apologized immediately, the young man loss his temper and get angry.
2) Lovers or Friends Version:
A girl is talking on the phone with her female friend about her romantic vexation. However, the female friend begins the lost patient and even cut the line when her boyfriend comes to meet her. That girl feels frustrated and decides to make a phone call to Kids Help Line who is willing to listen to her.
3) Family Version:
A young boy is in a family which everyone is not caring each others. He tries to break the ice between each family member, for example showing his interest in what his sister is doing and tries to talk to his brothers. Unfortunately, he doesn’t success, so he counsels the Kids Help Line.
These three topics are chosen because they are the most common problems that our target audiences (young people aged between 18 and 25) have. Also, we found that the stories are easier to present and shooting.
During this week, we developed a more thoughtful proposal for this video project and this gives us a clearer picture of what, when and where we are going to have the filming.

Some ideas
I have think about some ideas for the video. However, I have to consider about possibility of making the video. So, it is a hinder for me when I think of a story. Also, I must consider the angle of the video because it is for people aged between 18 and 25.
For the slogan, I come up with one idea: 'Kids Help Line, We are here all the time."
For the video, the one i have designed is separated into 5 parts,
1) A youngster is sitting in a park, looking at the sky and waiting for the sunrise, then the screen goes black and a description appears: Are you looking for the light?
2) A youngster is sitting in front of the computer, viewing the google site and typing 'help' in the search bar, then the screen goes black and a description appears: Are you seeking for help?
3) A youngster is sitting at the bar table and going to reach a glass of wine, then the screen goes black and a description appears: Are you hoping for relief?
4) A youngster is holding a phone and waiting for someone to answer his call, then the screen goes black and a description appears: Are you looking for someone to listen to you?
5) The Kids Help Line logo, phone no. and website address appears. syn-sound: Kids Help Line, We are here all the time. Just give a call.
Although the aim of the video is obvious, I found this idea is not fun enough because young adult is more likely to look for humorous in the video. So, I will keep thinking about the video.

During this week, I am still thinking about the story of our video. Since we have decided to make a commercial for the Kids Help Line. I have watched a few similar advertising videos for Kids Help Line or other similar organization. These videos used to have a common feature -- first present a story, usually about a kid's problem, and he felt very confused or hopeless. Then the logo of the organization and the phone no. would appear on the screen. And say chilren can call them any time when they have a problem and the organization is here to help them all the time.
This video is a production of a final year student who studies in film school. The video is stunning. The concept is very clear that people should call, if they have problems. Since there is no second chance for life and they should seek for help if they had worries or problems in stead of commiting suicide. The ending of the video brings me surprise and the actors act very well too. However, I found it's opening is too long, so a little bit of it can be cut.
